Birds of Paradise
Small
The size of the party.
Long
The length of your dress.
Beautiful
The image of you.
Paradise
Where we find each other.
They say that the rose is the most beautiful.
Yet they do not understand.
The white wedding was never worth it.
Dress Blue, or Sharp Black is what I have in Plan.
They tell you to go big or go home.
Yet isn't it in you where I found myself?
I found my soul inside of you.
I found the place I wanted to lie down with you.
I found that roses although mean love
Never could answer one key question.
Are they the most beautiful of them all?
No. Birds of Paradise roam the walls.
Three times. All in one week.
Three times. Nothing short of what I seek.
I have you now forever and ever.
First the White dress in the simple room. A few people, my family and yours.
Two people at one place.
Where mirrors rhyme the walls of that one everlasting space.
I see a white room. Filled with the closest ones.
The people that mean the most to me and you.
Simple for me, yet enough that it is not undone.
Now time for pictures.
Time for the time of our lives.
The birds of paradise in your hand, and the sun shining
Glowing your eyes.
How did I ever get so lucky?
How did I ever get you?
I deserve far less, yet somehow landed the most beautiful one.
Now we are thankful.
For the life we have now sung.
Later that night
A single dance, and party wait at sight.
Cake, and Brownies.
Wingers at best, simple but fun.
You with the nasty food, but it is alright hon.
The white dress was beautiful, and can't be defined with one letter.
The slice of cake in my face made everyone laugh all the better.
Few moments of music, and few moments of laughs,
Yet your eyes still got me in your twined lips at last.
Party hard to my music, and slow dance a few songs.
All fun until the bros pass me the mic.
I give my little speech.
Of how we became one dauntless duo of right.
Then I look at you.
I look and tell you one line.
I love you.
Till the everlasting days.
I will love you forever.
But kiss me now my bride.
Kiss me long and good.
Cause nobody has you.
You are mine as it should.
When I dip you I don't mean for a little white kiss.
We are talking juicy so all can see that I did not miss.
When I pull you back up and after the garter removal.
The beautiful dress is what seals the last deal.
A dress made of white, so elegant and bright.
A night to never forget, as we are now one soul to recollect.
Off to bed with my love. Where the business gets dirty at best.
First night not alone, the first night under each others arms.
But damn girl, why can't you forget to change your alarm.
I wake up to the morning of early dawn.
Only to see you passed asleep.
Where your forehead is where I lie my lips.
Good morning to the first time.
Hello to the rest of my life.
That White Dress is still on the floor.
My Suit is a little better, folded and hanged but no more.
I make you breakfast for our first night together.
I make you lay next to me under the covers of our bed.
Only to share a few laughs, and a shoulder to rest your head.
The first night in paradise.
The first night of my life.
The first night of a time.
When you never seemed to be mine.
Yet now we are forever one, and nothing could make me happier than to see your eyes.
Nothing could make me happier than to open that window. Look out to the ocean.
Looking out to the world.
A world that is now ours.
A world where that white dress means something.
Yet something is nothing when you take my hand in this hour.
I see something beautiful.
The life we now live.
Outside of that window.
An ocean made of our future together.
Birds of Paradise line the outside.
Outside of that room.
Outside of the balcony.
Where me and you hold each other.
Forever and Ever.
I Love You, My Forever, and Ever.
